    Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will. (Romans 12:2) God designed your brain and He has known all along what science is just discovering, that we can renew our mind!

  • I've tried affirmations and they don't work

    Traditional affirmations statements don’t work because you are essentially lying to your brain. Your brain then objects to this lie as a protection mechanism. It doesn’t want you to get disappointed or hurt. These statements work WITH your conscious brain rather than try to lie to your subconscious 

  • What if I don't believe these statements are true?

    You don't have to. I just want you to give yourself permission to imagine. What if you are enough? What would that feel like? How would you behave? How would your speak and carry yourself? How would you interact with people? Just take time to imagine the possibilities if it were true.
